dwelling this week
on the yurt and other notes
Dear friend,
It’s been a moment since I’ve written in this space. I’d love to tell you about some things that have been happening lately.
We moved into our yurt this past week. She is a little rough around the edges and our to-do list still feels about 7 miles long, but she is cozy and she is our home. We are grateful (and tired). I’ve been making my best attempt at storytelling over on my trusty blog, which has gotten a new name. You can read about the yurt experiment and some other stories here.
In Dunham Dwells news: In the new year I’ll be sending another edition of my penpal kit out into the world – this time with a digital-only subscription or a physical kit. You can find that here until Christmas Eve. Kits ship Jan 3. As a lovely newsletter reader, use code ILOVEMAIL for 15% off either kit.
I’ve still got one-of-a-kind yarn in stock here. If you’re looking for cozy yarn for a unique cowl, hat, or shawl, or any other project, these yarns would be perfect. They are a 100% Merino wool base and if you’ve never made yourself a snuggle-able project with superwash Merino you are missing out.
If you have any questions about the penpal kit or are looking for yarn recommendations (getting into indie yarn can be a little confusing but it’s worth it I promise) hit reply and let me know. Happy to chat.
Wishing you a restful and delightful holiday season,
Love,
Amy
